We will be running 4 separate weeks of our Summer Fitness and Sport Camps for ages 6-13 years old, and 1 teenage camp for high performance athletes.

Week 4: July 22-26: Teen Sports Strength and Conditioning Camp – 15 spots Available
Week 4: July 29-August 2 – 20 spots Available
Week 5: August 6-9 – 20 spots Available
Cost is $250 + GST, and you do not need to be a current gym member to join.
The program will run from 9-4:00 every day, with drop-off between 8:30-9:00am and pick-up from 4:00-4:30pm (or earlier with advanced notice). One snack will be provided by us. A bagged lunch, a second snack and a water bottle will need to be sent every day with the children, from home.
Example of a day:
Arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am
9:00 – Free time, get settled, do roll call
9:15 – Proper Fitness Warm up and stretch
9:45 – Morning workout
10:15 – Morning snack with nutrition talk
10:45 – Sport training (soccer, softball, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, … many others to be added)
12:00 – LUNCH/Free time
1:00 – Warm up
1:15 – Sport training and implementation (working on what practiced in the morning)
2:00 – Workout
2:25 – Snack
2:45 – Some free time/work with kids on any technique or practice something, or just relax and read or play.
3:15 – Games (medicine ball tic tac toe, sprint rock paper scissors, obstacle course…)
