As a Personal Trainer, Dani recognizes the importance of working directly with her clients to develop their goals and establish how to best support them as an individual. The foundation of this work is building a strong trainer-client relationship, determining where clients’ current strengths lie, and identifying areas for focused improvement. By collaborating with clients on a one-on-one basis, Dani is able to build fitness programs that are targeted, personalized, and effective. In addition, Dani’s positive approach with her clients supports and motivates them to reach their goals and beyond, regardless of where they are in their own fitness journey. Dani brings this personalized touch to each of the classes that she teaches in an effort to help each member further their own fitness goals.Certifications:
