We are very excited to be running our after-school kids fitness program starting in September for ages K to Grade 6.

Our After School Program runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm with pick up available until 5:20 pm, to provide quality after-school fitness and nutrition instruction care for children in Yellowknife, NT. There are three buses that do drop-offs at our front door, and drop-offs can to be arranged through the school board.

The After School Program will provide at least 30-45 minutes of physical activity and/or physical fitness every day, and then some free-time, play time, or homework time for the kids to focus on their studies.

“School Year” contracts include after-school fitness program five days a week from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. We cannot offer our program for early dismissals or on professional development days, however, we can offer our usual after-school care hours, classes and support on these days.

There will be scheduled closure between Christmas and New Year’s, dates based off of the school calendar. During these days, you will not be financially responsible for fees for these days of the closure.

The After School Program will be closed on NWT Statutory Holidays.

The cost is $305 per month, and this is a 10-month term (September to June).

Registration is now open to everyone. If you would like to register your child(ren), please contact our office via email yk@stanleyboxing.com, and the registration form should be returned immediately. To secure a spot for your child(ren) we will require a deposit (non-refundable) and the Emergency and Identification Information Form, and all medical information to be filed with us. These items may be returned by hand to the SBF After School Program, or via email at yk@stanleyboxing.com.
