With over 50 years of combined experience in the health, fitness, and strength and conditioning industry, we are the North’s most experienced coaches. Within our facility, we’ve created a vibrant, energetic, inclusive, and inspiring space for self-improvement within our walls. When designing our space, we wanted our physical environment to reflect the determination and emotional energy brought inside our walls every day by our members.
In the gym and in the ring our approach is simple, “NO BS TRAINING”. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, someone working and building on your fitness goals, or training to compete at the National level in boxing, our staff does not believe in flashy pad work or exercises like 1-legged squats while holding a cup of water on a BOSU ball with your eyes closed. That type of training will help you to become a circus performer or to be a Jedi, but it will not help you in sports like hockey, boxing, MMA, or football.
